Multi-site rounds
Sites have their own timezone and status. Boards belong to a location inside a building. Closed sites cannot redeem.

Property
A portfolio is just many sites with the same question: did the inspection, the fire check, or the concierge round actually happen in that building, today?
Managing agents collect reports from different contractors, different apps, and different clipboards. When something goes wrong in one building, the evidence is whoever remembered to write it down. Property needs one standard that travels with the estate.
Stationed is not a property product. It is one physical-operations platform. These are the jobs it already records.

02
Schedule the check against the board in the riser or the plant. The record is who did it, where, and when it was due.
03
Incidents, tasks and events sit against the site. Clients and auditors see a trail, not a folder of PDFs.
A patrol, a kitchen check, a contractor callout, a care visit. The job on the phone changes. The record does not: the right place, the right time, the right person.
We start with one site and one check. The rest of the platform is there when you need it.
Kitchen first
Start with one kitchen.
We set up the walk-in check with you. A browser tab on a screen you already own is enough for the first log.

Register a site, enrol a board, and the next person who scans it becomes a record you can stand behind.
