Terms of service
These terms govern use of the Stationed website and hosted product.
The service
Stationed is a physical-operations product: signed boards, named accounts, and an event log that records verified presence and follow-up work. It is operated by Stationed (hello@stationed.tech).
Accounts
You must use a named account. Sharing logins undermines the evidence the product is built to create. You are responsible for people you invite and for keeping your organisation's configuration accurate (sites, locations, boards, and roles).
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass challenge expiry, impersonate another person, probe other organisations, or overload the service. Hardware keys stay on the device; do not extract or clone them.
Evidence
Stationed records what the product can verify: a live code from a registered board, redeemed by a signed-in user, at an open site. It does not warrant that a record will be accepted by a court, insurer, or regulator. You remain responsible for how you use exports and for your own compliance duties.
Availability
The hosted product is provided as-is unless we have a separate written agreement (including any SLA). Boards need power and network access to issue a live code.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stationed is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from credential sharing, relocated boards, or sites without coverage. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Billing
Payments go through Stripe. We are not VAT-registered, so receipts are not VAT invoices.
