A photographed checkpoint is not a patrol.

Static codes get forwarded. GPS is weak indoors and easy to spoof. Paper gets filled in at the end of the shift. None of that survives a dispute. Stationed records the round as it is walked: a named guard, at a signed board, inside the due window.
